Yes. Every order has its own live chat thread on the order page. You and our team can exchange messages and file attachments there at any time — no email tag required.

We configure timed auctions, proxy (automatic) bidding and buy-now listings. Bid increments and anti-sniping time-extension rules are tuned to your requirements.

Winning bids are captured into a Stripe escrow hold and released to the seller once the deal is fulfilled. We configure seller onboarding, platform fees, payouts and refund pathways as part of the build.

Checkout is processed securely through Authorize.Net. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card details are tokenised at the moment of payment and never stored on our servers.

Turnaround depends on the plan you choose and the size of your catalog. The estimated delivery window is shown on each plan, and your order page always reflects the current status.
